The service
The Local Report provides consensus-ranked restaurant guides sourced from public Reddit discussions. Each guide is a one-time purchase that grants access to the selected city's restaurant data for as long as the service is operational. If we discontinue the service, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and make guide content available for download during that period.
Purchases and access
City guides cost $4.99 per city (one-time, no subscription). After purchase, access is granted immediately via a browser cookie tied to your email. You can reclaim access on any device by entering the email used at checkout.
Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are generally final. If you believe your guide is substantially incomplete or contains significant errors, contact thegoodsend.co@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will issue a refund if the guide does not meet reasonable quality expectations.
Data accuracy
Restaurant recommendations are derived from public Reddit discussions and processed using AI. While we strive for accuracy, restaurant information (hours, menus, pricing, quality) can change. We do not guarantee that any specific restaurant is currently open, serves the dishes mentioned, or matches the described quality. Use the guide as a starting point for your own research.
Intellectual property
The compiled guides, scoring methodology, and presentation are proprietary. Guide content includes publicly available quotes from Reddit discussions, used under fair use principles for the purpose of commentary and aggregation. Individual quotes remain the intellectual property of their respective authors. If you are a Reddit user and wish to have your content removed from a guide, contact thegoodsend.co@gmail.com. You may use purchased guides for personal reference but may not redistribute, resell, or republish guide content.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Local Report is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any dining experiences, food safety issues, or financial losses related to restaurants featured in our guides. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the guide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of Denver, Colorado.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
